Ingredients: filler: erythritol; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycoside
Properties:
Tryptophan, as a precursor to serotonin, has an antidepressant effect on the body. It helps relieve hyperactivity and obsessive states, premenstrual anxiety in women, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. As a precursor to melatonin, it promotes good sleep and normal sleep in both young and old age.
Method of application and recommended daily dose:
 take 1 sachet per day, 30-60 minutes before bedtime, dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100-200 ml of water, mix thoroughly and drink immediately after preparation.
Recommended  as a dietary supplement, as an additional source of the amino acid tryptophan  for people prone to stress, anxiety, and suffering from sleep problems.
Precautions for use:
Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, and persons under 18 years of age. Do not take L-tryptophan if you are taking antidepressants such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), MAO inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, and atypical antidepressants. Contains sweeteners.
Does not contain milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame, or gluten. Manufactured in a third-party facility that meets cGMP requirements and may process other products containing these allergens or ingredients.
