By signing the sales receipt, you confirm the fact of payment and delivery.
Payment by bank cards Visa, MasterCard is carried out in advance through online payment services (such as Privat24) or to the card of our online store (details).
Return and exchange policy
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 9, the buyer can, within 14 days, change the product for the following exactly:
if the goods did not suit the buyer in color, size or shape;
cannot be used for its intended purpose, but under the conditions that the product was not used by the buyer and has a presentation, consumer qualities, factory packaging, seals and if there are documents confirming the fact of purchase.
If at the time of exchange the same product is not available, then the buyer can:
Buy any other product in our store.
Get back your money spent on the purchase of the product.
Change the product to the same one when it first goes on sale.
During the refund procedure, settlements with the buyer are made based on the price of the product on the day of purchase.
We will refund the money on the day the goods are returned or, if there is no money at the checkout, no later than 7 days later.
Please, pay attention to addendum No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of good quality goods that cannot be exchanged or returned.
These products include:
Food products, medicines and products, hygiene items;
Non-food items: toothbrushes; combs, combs and massage brushes;
goods for babies (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.);
tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.).
