Properties:
Taurine (Latin: Taurinum) is an amino acid found in most protein foods consumed by humans, especially in seafood and meat.
It is synthesized in the bodies of animals and humans from the amino acids methionine and cysteine; it plays an essential role in the digestion and absorption of fats and lipids. It is one of the main components of bile.

Method of application and recommended daily dose: 1 capsule per day.
