Properties:
Taurine (Latin: Taurinum) is an amino acid found in most protein foods consumed by humans, especially in seafood and meat.
It is synthesized in the bodies of animals and humans from the amino acids methionine and cysteine; it plays an essential role in the digestion and absorption of fats and lipids. It is one of the main components of bile.
Taurine aids digestion and bile production in the liver and promotes the breakdown of cholesterol. It improves gallbladder function by forming taurine from bile acids; taurine promotes more efficient removal of cholesterol with bile.

Method of application and recommended daily dose: 1 capsule per day.
