Method of consumption and recommended daily amount:
Collagen SkinGain is a dietary supplement that is taken with the main diet as an additional source of collagen and vitamin C.
The contents of 1 sachet must be dissolved in a glass of cold water, mixed and left for a few minutes until completely dissolved. Take 1-2 sachets per day. Do not dissolve in carbonated drinks. It has a lemon flavor.
